The Executive Branch is comprised of individuals responsible for carrying out the various day-to-day operations of the Student Association.
Most Executive Board members hold office hours each week in the SA Office - Campus Center B84 - in order to accomplish their designated tasks.

President Jalen Rose
Jalen Rose, the current President of the University at Albany Student Association, has made quite a mark as President of the University at Albany Student Association. Known for being hands-on and student-first, he's led initiatives that make daily campus life better: like free printing in the libraries and keeping all libraries open longer for late-night studying. He's been a strong voice for students too, taking a firm stand on important issues like the Africana Studies-LACS merger and even getting top university officials to speak to students about it.
It's not just the big initiatives, either. Rose's leadership has seen the largest Block Party in campus history, creating a buzz among students. His savvy personnel choices, including the Director of Programming & Marketing, have energized the SA's social media presence and promoted key events and services. He’s tackled health and inclusivity head-on, ensuring the availability of free health tests and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in student clubs. Under his guidance, the campus community has become a place that feels more like home for everyone.

Amelia Crawford, the current Vice President of the University at Albany Student Association, has markedly influenced Senate operations with her experienced perspective as a former Senator. Her efforts have centered on instilling a greater sense of duty and accountability among Senators, underscoring the significance of their roles in representing the student body. Crawford has championed rigorous adherence to the Bylaws and Constitution, ensuring that the Senate's legislative work is conducted with the utmost integrity and attention to detail. Her advocacy for thorough preparation and review of weekly Senate Meeting Agendas has reinforced the importance of transparent and effective governance, highlighting her commitment to elevating the standards of student representation.
In unity with President Jalen Rose, Crawford's leadership has propelled the Student Association toward impactful governance and student-centric initiatives. Their partnership has been pivotal in navigating the complexities of university administration, driving forward reforms, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere within the Student Association.
