The Executive Branch is comprised of individuals responsible for carrying out the various day-to-day operations of the Student Association.
Most Executive Board members hold office hours each week in the SA Office - Campus Center B84 - in order to accomplish their designated tasks.

Trevor Pettit, the current President of the Student Association. As a Political Science sophomore at UAlbany’s Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy, has quickly become one of the most promising young leaders in student government. Known for his bold, results-driven approach, Trevor brings both policy knowledge and a deep passion for advocacy to every role he takes on—from serving as a Senator At-Large to leading budget negotiations as Appropriations Chair. His leadership style is grounded in transparency, collaboration, and a “go big or go home” mindset that resonates with students who want more than just talk—he wants action.

Allison Mitchell, the current Vice President of the University at Albany Student Association, has become a powerful force for student-centered leadership—rooted in transparency, accountability, and fierce advocacy. A natural organizer and strategist, Allison has served as Senate Clerk, where she meticulously recorded every Senate meeting and held the body to high standards of integrity. Behind the scenes and on the Senate floor, Allison has quietly shaped how business gets done, ensuring students aren’t just spoken for, but truly heard.
