The Chief Justice is the highest-ranking position within the UAlbany Student Association Supreme Court, serving as the administrative and judicial leader of the Court. The Chief Justice is responsible for presiding over all Supreme Court hearings and deliberations, ensuring fair and impartial adjudication of cases.
Chief Justice Nylah Henry is from Long Island, NY and brings a wealth of experience to her leadership role. She is a Political Science major and has interned for the New York State Assembly, New York State Senate, and U.S. House of Representatives. Chief Justice Henry also served the Student Association Supreme Court as an Associate Justice and is actively involved in various UAlbany student organizations.

βThe Chief Justice shall be the chief administrator of the Court, schedule hearings, distribute briefs, and run the hearings of the Court, create applications for all petitions and writs with proper restrictions necessary for all petitioners and make them available to all Student Association groups and members, have signatory power over the funding of the Supreme Court, and be responsible for overseeing the creation of procedures for the hearing of the Court.β

The Deputy Chief Justice is the second highest-ranking position within the UAlbany Student Association Supreme Court, serving as the administrative and judicial leader of the Court. The Deputy Chief Justice also plays a pivotal role in shaping the judicial policies for the Supreme Court.
Deputy Chief Justice Justin Campbell is from Long Island, NY and brings unique experiences to his leadership role. He is an Urban Studies major with a minor in Business. Deputy Chief Justice Campbell also served the Student Association Supreme Court as an Associate Justice before entering into his Deputy Chief Justice role. Deputy Chief Justice Campbell is actively involved on campus as the Vice President of the UAlbany College Democrats and holds a position as the Game Designer for Live Reality Games.

βThe Deputy Chief Justice shall assume all duties and responsibilities of the Chief Justice should they so designate or in the event Chief Justice is unable to discharge their duties, serve as Acting-Chief Justice, and be addressed as such, should the Office of Chief Justice of the Student Association be vacated, until a new Chief Justice can be elected.β
